Out of Season is a romantic drama with characters that really hit the mark
It has many touching and melancholic moments, but remains quite thoughtful and lighthearted throughout the film.
There is a distinct “To” atmosphere present, and Kahne and Rohrwacher are really on top of it, delivering a subtle portrayal of some lonely characters brought back by nostalgic memories
It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a touching romantic drama, and Out of Season not only strikes a decent balance between the elements, but also stands out as a mature and moving film.
