Selected for the Cannes Premiere category at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival
Synopsis
Acclaimed conductor Thibaut has leukemia and needs a bone marrow donor. When he learns he has been adopted, he finds his older brother, a musician and a factory worker. Their reunion sparks a brotherly, musical journey amidst the closure of a factory in the city.
It’s a drama, but with warmth and a few laughs
I just saw it at the Varilux French Film Festival in Brazil. A nice story about connecting with family members, about "what could have been" alive. The acting of both main characters is on a good level, especially the brother played by Pierre Lotin, who plays a somewhat withdrawn person but with a good heart.
I really recommend it
A believable story without being too dramatic. — I just saw it at the Varilux French Film Festival in Brazil. A nice story about connecting with family members, about "what could have been"; alive.
