I originally subscribed to Disney plus to watch this because David Tennant was in it, but I found that even though he smoldered in it and was amazing. , I really enjoyed it even if he wasn’t there.

😍) Great casting, beautifully shot, amazing music (an 80’s teenager so it was wonderfully nostalgic for me) and of course the wicked, sexy writing of Dame Jilly, whose books I devoured in my late teens. 10/10 .

I would definitely recommend this on a cold winter’s evening with a glass or two of something warming, but I wouldn’t recommend you to not watch the whole series because it’s so engrossing!.
